East Staffordshire Clinical Commissioning Group and Macmillan Cancer Support are inviting people who have cared for someone with a terminal illness to share their experiences.
This is starting to explore with patients and carers ways in which end of life care can be improved for people who are dying, and for their family and friends.
Part of the project is an end of life survey, which closes on 30th June 2013, and is complemented by a series of focus groups that are being held around Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent.
